Chanda founded CM-W Consulting after 18 years of leading and managing strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 & 100 companies including GE Money and American Financial Group. With an unstable economy, she believed there was an opportunity to leverage her Six Sigma (GB), Project Management (PMP) and LEAN expertise to build strategic partnerships with corporate and private executive teams to assist in refining their business strategies to achieve their desired goals.

Chanda's expertise includes experience in providing strategic consulting services within 18+ industries,including financial, manufacturing, insurance, legal, print and technology. She has partnered with client relations team to assist in developing operational, procurement and servicing strategies for Macy's, JCPenny's, Brooks Brothers, Sam's, Wal*Mart, Gap & Old Navy, Home Depot, Dillard's and PNC Bank. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), received her Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing certifications through GE Capital Services.

Chanda has kept CM-W Consulting relevant by developing key partnerships with organizations focused on strategic growth, transfomative processes, and innovative business strategies. CM-W has positioned itself as a instrumental Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier focused on establishing strategic ad process roadmaps for leadership and technology teams. More specifically, she has partnered with:

• Toyota Manufacturing North America (TEMA) to develop thier Scalable Development and SDLC initiatives
• Accenture and Cincinnati Bell Technologies to establish a Tier 2 partnership to support a major SDLC initiative for Procter and Gamble
• Local Nonprofit Organizations to develop an Economic Inclusion Assessment and Management Tool
• Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio (ULGSO) on the development of their 2020 Strategic Plan to support State of Black Cincinnati

Community Reinvestment:

Chanda believes that 'reinvesting in one's community' is the true sign of success. CM-W is actively involved in supporting community activities including receiving a mayoral appointment to serve on the City of Cincinnati Development & Advisory Board (CDAB) for 6 years. Chanda leveraged her role as President of Avondale Community Council (ACC), and the finacial expertise of then Board Treasurer Jerry Preyor, to initiate a parentership with H.O.M.E. and Allstate Insurance Company that resulted in the City of Cincinnati being designated as an Empowerment Zone. Thus, the majority of her corporate volunteer hours over the past 24 years has focused on completing pro bono assignments for the following charities/organizations:
