Andre' is a high-profile and energetic sales leader that has worked in the consumer services industry for over 20+ years. He has partnered with the CEO to create strategies that have fostered our ability to establish key client partnerships and increase our sales through his keen ability to maintain direct involvement with senior-level decisions that impact our clients. That knowledge enabled him to facilitate improved customer relations by implementing regular follow-up with clients allowing them to provide timely feedback on our services.
He is a strong believer that companies only achieve their goals when they realize the correlation between their brand sustainability and customer satisfaction. "Companies spend millions of dollars to acquire the right customer, only to loose them to bad customer service." Andre' believes that great companies invest in educating their leadership teams on how to 'retain' their customers by proper planning and ensuring clients have a 'direct line' into the executive office to expedite resolution of issues and/or risks that could impact customer satisfaction. He also provides technical support and training to our consultant team, and sales staff, to ensure alignment of policies and procedures for sales and accounts receivable.
